  • Backend, server, and API engineering

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals between Legato Lab and the client.

5. Client Projects and Deliverables

For client engagements:

  • Ownership of deliverables will be defined in individual service agreements.
  • Until full payment is received, Legato Lab retains ownership of all work product.
  • Legato Lab reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for project completion.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. General terms include:

  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the agreement.
  • Legato Lab reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Legato Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
